LSHEC announced that the Gansu Provincial People's Government has agreed to transfer 90% of the shares held by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Gansu Provincial Government in LS Group to Gansu State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd. free of charge. After the completion of this state-owned equity transfer, Gansu State-owned Investment Group will indirectly acquire 602 million shares of the company through LS Group, accounting for 46.09% of the company's total share capital, becoming the company's indirect controlling shareholder. The controlling shareholder of the company remains LS Group, and the actual controller remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Provincial Government. This state-owned equity transfer complies with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Acquisitions of Listed Companies," allowing the acquirer to be exempt from making an offer. This state-owned equity transfer will not result in changes to the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, nor will it affect the company's financial condition, asset value, or ongoing operational capability
