# KemaTek plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KemaTek (301611.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1.3 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for 0.3% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 1.04 million restricted stocks will be granted initially, with 260,000 stocks reserved. The grant price is set at 27.62 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted stocks until all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
