KELI announced that it plans to raise no more than 1.006 billion yuan through a private placement, with the funds, after deducting issuance costs, intended for investment in the KELI Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project and to supplement working capital. The total investment for the KELI Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project is 918 million yuan, with 906 million yuan planned to be invested from the raised funds
