According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LANDSEA LIFE (01965) announced that Mr. Tian Ming has resigned from his position as executive director and chairman, effective September 12, 2025, as he wishes to devote more time to personal matters.

On the same day, non-executive director Mr. Liu Shouwei has been appointed as chairman
