# Apple customer service responds to the inability to access the official website

Apple customer service stated that the current sales situation is quite hot and suggested closing the page and reopening it or refreshing to retry

On the evening of September 12th at 8 PM, the Apple iPhone 17 series officially opened for pre-order with three models. At exactly 8 PM, the Apple official website displayed "Please do not close this page before we take you into the store to start the pre-order." Apple customer service stated that the sales situation is currently very hot and suggested closing the page and reopening it or refreshing to retry
