The board believes this acquisition aligns with the investment strategy, will bring new revenue sources to the company, enhance the customer base, and serve the interests of the company and its shareholders According to the Zhitong Finance APP, AOM INT'L (00381) announced that on September 12, 2025, the company entered into a memorandum of understanding with Ms. Wang Fang (the seller), where the parties agreed to negotiate the company's potential conditional acquisition of a 51% stake in Hainan Miao Lian Technology Co., Ltd. (the target company) that the seller may conditionally sell. Upon the final agreement (the final agreement) being established and completed regarding the potential acquisition by the company (or by a wholly-owned subsidiary nominated by the company), the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the company's financial statements.
