According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinolong (301565.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 1.068 billion yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds will be used for: the industrialization project of high-performance membrane materials in Indonesia (Phase I), the industrialization project of high-performance membrane materials in Indonesia (Phase II), and to supplement working capital
