Bichamp Cutting Technology announced that its controlling shareholder Changsha Zhengyuan will reduce its holdings by 2.5173 million shares through centralized bidding from August 12, 2025, to August 22, 2025, at an average price of 24.92 yuan/share; and will reduce its holdings by 5.0348 million shares through block trading from August 6, 2025, to September 11, 2025, at an average price of 20.81 yuan/share; totaling a reduction of 7.5521 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital.
