# CPIC: Yunnan Yunxi plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.5% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, International Composite Materials (301526.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Xinxin Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Yunnan Yunxin Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yunnan Yunxin"), which holds 10.29% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 56.5632 million shares, or no more than 1.5% of the total shares of the company, within three months after the disclosure of this reduction announcement (from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading
