Focus Tech announced that its controlling shareholder, Shen Jinhua, holds 147 million shares, accounting for 46.42%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 6.3447 million shares, accounting for 2%, through centralized bidding or block trading from October 14, 2025, to January 12, 2026; Director Huang Liangfa holds 4.48 million shares, accounting for 1.41%, and plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.12 million shares, accounting for 0.35%, during the same period
