# The actual controller of DHCC plans to reduce holdings by no more than 1.40% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Donghua Software (002065.SZ) announced that Mr. Xue Xiangdong, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 44,876,753 shares, or no more than 1.40% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the 15 trading days following the disclosure of the reduction announcement (from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026) through centralized bidding or block trading
