According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PKU HEALTHCARE (000788.SZ) announced that its shareholder, Beijing Medical Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Medical"), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.8796 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 14, 2025, to January 11, 2026), accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital
