According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JWIPC (001339.SZ) announced that Mr. Guo Xuhui, the controlling shareholder and one of the actual controllers, plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 7.5 million shares, accounting for approximately 2.9749% of the company's total share capital, through a combination of centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, specifically from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026
