# HELONG's shareholder China Hengtian Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HELON (000677.SZ) announced that its shareholder, China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 25.9193 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the date of this announcement, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
