# Jiangsu's automobile scrapping and replacement subsidy policy is being implemented normally

Recently, reporters received feedback from multiple consumers who saw screenshots on various online platforms claiming "Announcement on the Closure of the Application Upload Channel for Automobile Replacement and Upgrade Subsidies in Jiangsu Province," stating that "at 24:00 on September 15, 2025, the application upload function for automobile replacement and upgrade subsidies in Jiangsu Province will be closed, and applications not submitted by the deadline will no longer be accepted." In response, reporters contacted the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce for verification. The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce stated that it has not released any information regarding the suspension of automobile replacement and upgrade subsidies, and the relevant application platform will not be closed at 24:00 on September 15. The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce also stated that the current policies for automobile scrapping, upgrading, and replacement subsidies in Jiangsu Province are still being implemented normally, and any changes will be announced in advance
