# Silicon Valley has "burned out," AI needs more investors

The biggest driving force behind AI trading – the growth rate of "capital expenditure" by Silicon Valley tech giants may have peaked (Figure 1), and the market needs more money to be poured into the "AI arms race" (Figure 2), while Wall Street's "credit machine" is operating at full capacity.
