# Eight departments issued the "Automobile Industry Stabilization and Growth Work Plan": Promote the access and road testing pilot of intelligent connected vehicles, and conditionally approve the production access of L3 level models

> Eight departments released the "Automobile Industry Stabilization and Growth Work Plan," aimed at promoting the industrial application of intelligent connected vehicles. The plan includes conducting pilot projects for intelligent connected vehicles, building connected infrastructure, encouraging the application of high-performance communication modules, and gradually expanding cross-regional collaborative applications. At the same time, it conditionally approves the production access of L3 level vehicles, promotes the improvement of relevant laws and regulations, and supports industry enterprises in exploring new business models

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and eight other departments issued the "Automobile Industry Steady Growth Work Plan," which proposes to promote the industrial application of intelligent connected technology. It aims to deepen the pilot application of "vehicle-road-cloud integration" for intelligent connected vehicles, accelerate the construction of connected infrastructure and cloud control platforms, encourage high-performance communication modules such as V2X and 5G for vehicle manufacturing, expedite the large-scale application of the BeiDou system, promote multi-scenario applications in logistics, sanitation, and travel services, and encourage key regions to gradually expand cross-regional collaborative applications. It also promotes the pilot access and road use of intelligent connected vehicles, conditionally approves the production access of L3 level models, and pushes for the improvement of laws and regulations related to road traffic safety and insurance. It supports enterprises in the automotive, information communication, and transportation industries to explore new business models linked by data and accelerates the cultivation of diversified value chains
