# QIANHE: The "QIANHE 0" trademark has not been declared invalid and is used to distinguish specific goods and services

A relevant person in charge of QIANHE answered many market concerns during the investor Q&A session. In response to recent false information regarding the invalidation of the "QIANHE 0" trademark, the person in charge stated that the "QIANHE 0" trademark has not been declared invalid. QIANHE has registered defensive trademarks to protect its intellectual property. The National Intellectual Property Administration has verified QIANHE's registered trademarks and declared some trademarks invalid; the company will not use any invalid trademarks. The "QIANHE 0" trademark is legal and valid, used in compliance with approved goods to distinguish specific products and services. QIANHE will strictly adhere to the provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and use registered trademarks in a truthful, legal, open, and effective manner
