The issuance price of Inovance Automotive is 12.48 yuan per share, with an issuance price-to-earnings ratio of 32.87 times, while the reference industry price-to-earnings ratio is 29.08 times. The company is publicly issuing 28,857,490 shares, with an online subscription limit of 40,000 shares, and the maximum subscription requires a Shenzhen market value of 400,000 yuan. According to Wind data, among the new stocks issued in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets this year, Inovance Automotive ranks third in terms of the number of shares issued, only behind the Shanghai Main Board new stock Huadian New Energy and the Sci-Tech Innovation Board new stock Yitang Co., Ltd., ranking first among ChiNext new stocks. This means that Inovance Automotive is expected to become one of the easiest new stocks to win a subscription this year
