# AVD: Chunhua Fu and others plan to reduce their holdings by 1.07%

AVD announced that shareholder Chunhua Fu plans to reduce holdings of no more than 477,600 shares, accounting for 0.40%, through centralized bidding or block trading from October 14, 2025, to January 13, 2026; Qiu Shi Fu plans to reduce holdings of no more than 448,900 shares, accounting for 0.38%; Gu Yu Fu plans to reduce holdings of no more than 338,800 shares, accounting for 0.29%; Shi Jun plans to reduce holdings of 24,075 shares, accounting for 0.02%; Hong Junbin plans to reduce holdings of 43,734 shares, accounting for 0.04%; Zhang Feng plans to reduce holdings of 37,161 shares, accounting for 0.03%; Wang Xiang plans to reduce holdings of 17,636 shares, accounting for 0.01%; the total reduction in shares will not exceed 1,265,300 shares, accounting for 1.07%
