According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Winnovation Culturaltainment (000620.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hunan Xinhua Lian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Huajian") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 39,358,792 shares (accounting for 0.67% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the date of this announcement, specifically from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026
