According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ClinPlus (301257.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Guanyu Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Guanyu Zhaotai (Jiaxing) Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Guanyu Zhaotai") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.3701 million shares (accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
