# Tech-long's shareholder Lefeng Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Tech-long (002209.SZ), shareholder Shenzhen Lefeng Investment Management Co., Ltd. plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 5.9708 million shares (not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026)
