# CHINA POWER acquires 31% of Dazhou Energy for 459 million RMB

> CHINA POWER announced a related transaction, acquiring a 31% stake in Dazhou Energy from a Sichuan company. The latter holds the development rights for the "Northeast Sichuan Efficient Clean Coal Power Comprehensive Utilization Integrated Project." The first phase of development involves the construction of two ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units with a total installed capacity of 2,000 megawatts located in Sichuan Province. The cash consideration amounts to approximately 459 million RMB, which will be paid using internal resources

CHINA POWER (02380.HK) announced a related transaction to acquire a 31% stake in Dazhou Energy from a Sichuan company.
