# YUEXIU PROPERTY's contract sales in August were 5.5 billion RMB, a decrease of 45%. The target for the first eight months was achieved at 61%

> YUEXIU PROPERTY's contract sales in August amounted to RMB 5.505 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 45%. The contract sales area was 169,400 square meters, down 40.2%. As of the end of August, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 73.011 billion, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%, but the sales area decreased by 24.1%. The cumulative sales amount accounted for 60.6% of the 2025 target

YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) announced that in August, the contract sales amount (including joint venture projects) was approximately RMB 5.505 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 45%; the contract sales area was 169,400 square meters, a decrease of 40.2%.

In the first eight months, the cumulative contract sales amount was RMB 73.011 billion, an increase of 3.7%, involving a sales area of 1.8056 million square meters, a decrease of 24.1%. The cumulative contract sales amount accounted for approximately 60.6% of the 2025 contract sales target of RMB 120.5 billion
