# SDHS NEW ENERGY has signed an EPC contract with China Energy Engineering Group Second Engineering Company and Zhengchen Technology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SDHS NEW ENERGY (01250) and SDHS Holdings (00412) jointly announced that on September 13, 2025, Heze SDHS Energy (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS NEW ENERGY and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of SDHS Holdings, as the client) signed an EPC contract with the joint contractors (namely, China Energy Engineering Group Second Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhengchen Technology). According to the EPC contract, Heze SDHS Energy agrees to appoint the joint contractors to provide EPC services for the project, with a total contract price of approximately RMB 1.011 billion (including all taxes) (which may be adjusted in accordance with changes in national tax policies).

The project is a 175-megawatt distributed wind power project located in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province
