According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MELBOURNE ENT (00158) announced that Mr. Lu Bosheng has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee, effective from September 12, 2025
