# "Resumption" SHENGJINGBANK's comprehensive offer cash price raised to 1.6 yuan

> Shengjing Bank announced that Yang Shengjing Jin Kong (the offeror) has raised the voluntary conditional comprehensive offer cash price for each H share from the original RMB 1.32 to RMB 1.6, with a total consideration of approximately RMB 3.597 billion. The offer price for domestic shares has increased from RMB 1.2 to RMB 1.45. The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (15th)

SHENGJINGBANK (02066.HK) announced that Yang Shengjing Financial Holdings (the offeror) has proposed to increase the cash offer price for each H share from the original HKD 1.32 to HKD 1.6, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 3.597 billion. The offer price for domestic shares has been raised from RMB 1.2 to RMB 1.45.

The company has applied to resume trading on Monday (15th)
