# EQT Raises $706 Million via Underwritten Public Offering of Waystar Holding Shares

> (MT Newswires) -- EQT (EQT.ST) raised $705.8 million via an underwritten public offering of Waystar Holding shares, according to a Sept. 13 release. The offering, finalized on Sept. 12, was done by the EQT VIII fund, with the Swedish private equity company securing $304.5 million in proceeds after selling 7.8 million shares. Waystar Holding did not sell shares or get proceeds from the offer.
