# In August, CHINA RES LAND's total contract sales were RMB 13.2 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.2%

> In August, CHINA RES LAND's total contract sales amounted to RMB 13.2 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 13.2%. The sales area was 539,000 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 26.7%. As of the end of August, the cumulative total contract sales amount was RMB 136.8 billion, a decrease of 12%. The recurring business revenue was RMB 4.27 billion, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%, of which rental income was RMB 2.84 billion, an increase of 13.9%

China Resources Land (01109.HK) announced that in August, it achieved a total contract sales amount of approximately 13.2 billion RMB (the same below), with a sales area of about 539,000 square meters, representing a year-on-year decrease of 13.2% and 26.7%, respectively. In the first eight months, the cumulative total contract sales amount reached 136.8 billion RMB, involving a sales area of approximately 5.12 million square meters, representing decreases of 12% and 23.3%, respectively.

During the month, recurring business revenue was approximately 4.27 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%, of which rental income was 2.84 billion RMB, an increase of 13.9%. In the first eight months, the cumulative recurring business revenue was approximately 33.05 billion RMB, an increase of 7.7%, of which rental income was 21.4 billion RMB, an increase of 12.4%
