According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guangdong Suikai Center New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Yihua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; research and development of new material technologies; solar power generation technology services; photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing; sales of power electronic components, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Center Int through indirect holdings
