The business scope of both companies includes: energy storage technology services; research and development of emerging energy technologies; research and development of mechanical equipment; battery sales; sales of battery accessories, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that both companies are wholly owned by Jiangsu Linyang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Linyang Energy
