# ZHmag: ZHmag convertible bonds will cease trading after the market closes on September 16

ZHmag announced on the evening of September 15 that September 16 will be the last trading day for the "ZHmag Convertible Bond"; on that day, the abbreviation for the "ZHmag Convertible Bond" will be "Z Hai Convertible Bond"; after the market closes on September 16, the "ZHmag Convertible Bond" will cease trading. Before the market closes on September 19, investors holding the "ZHmag Convertible Bond" can still convert their bonds into shares. After the market closes on September 19, the "ZHmag Convertible Bond" that has not been converted will stop conversion, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.50 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face investment losses. Bondholders who wish to convert their bonds must open trading permissions for the ChiNext market. Investors who do not meet the suitability management requirements for ChiNext stocks cannot convert their "ZHmag Convertible Bonds" into shares, and investors are particularly reminded to pay attention to the risks of not being able to convert
