CEC Wind Power: The controlling shareholder and concerted parties have reduced their convertible bond holdings by 11.03%

China Energy Conservation Wind Power Co., Ltd. announced that on June 21, 2021, the company publicly issued 3 billion yuan of "Energy Conservation Convertible Bonds," with the controlling shareholder China Energy Conservation and its concerted parties, China Energy Conservation Capital, collectively accounting for approximately 47.96% of the total issuance. From July 3, 2023, to September 12, 2025, the two parties reduced their holdings by a total of 3,308,950 bonds through block trading and centralized bidding, accounting for 11.03% of the total issuance. After the reduction, the two parties collectively hold approximately 36.93% of the "Energy Conservation Convertible Bonds."
