# DAS uses HKD 30 million of idle raised funds to buy structured deposits from CCB

On August 13, 2025, the board of directors of DAS agreed to use no more than 50 million yuan of idle raised funds for cash management, with a validity period of 12 months. Recently, the company used 30 million yuan of idle raised funds to purchase the "Unit RMB Customized Structured Deposit 2025 No. 248" product from China Construction Bank Shenzhen Branch, with a term of 58 days and an expected annualized yield of 0.65% - 1.82%, which is a principal-protected floating income type. The company has no related party relationship with the trustee. Although the investment product has low risk, there is still a risk of market fluctuations leading to returns not meeting expectations and principal loss. The company will take multiple risk control measures. In addition, it also announced the situation of idle raised funds used to purchase cash management products in the past 12 months
