# EPOINT Chairman Cao Libin proposed to spend 30 million to 50 million yuan to implement a buyback

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EPOINT (688232.SH) announced that on September 12, 2025, the company's board of directors received a letter from Mr. Cao Libin, the chairman of the company, proposing that Guotai EPOINT Software Co., Ltd. repurchase the company's shares. Mr. Cao Libin proposed that the company use its own funds to conduct share repurchases through centralized bidding transactions. The repurchased shares will be used entirely for equity incentives and/or employee stock ownership plans at an appropriate time in the future. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than 30 million yuan (inclusive) and not more than 50 million yuan (inclusive); the repurchase period will be within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan
