# QIFAN Cable has downwardly revised the conversion price of "QIFAN Convertible Bonds" to 17.35 yuan

Guotai Junan Securities released a significant event report on Shanghai QIFAN Cable Co., Ltd.'s "QIFAN Convertible Bonds." The "QIFAN Convertible Bonds" were issued on May 24, 2021, with a scale of 1 billion yuan, a term of 6 years, and an initial conversion price of 20.53 yuan/share, currently at 17.35 yuan/share. From August 1 to 21, 2025, the downward adjustment clause for the conversion price will be triggered. After deliberation by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting, the company decided to adjust the conversion price from 19.55 yuan/share to 17.35 yuan/share, effective from September 11, with the conversion suspended on September 10 and resuming on the 11th. This adjustment complies with the agreement and does not affect the issuer's daily operations and debt repayment ability. Guotai Junan will closely monitor the relevant situation thereafter
