TAPAI GROUP announced that the company will implement its first share repurchase through centralized bidding on September 15, 2025, repurchasing 563,800 shares, accounting for 0.0473% of the company's total share capital. The highest transaction price was 8.96 yuan/share, and the lowest transaction price was 8.86 yuan/share, with a total payment amount of 5.0198 million yuan. The total amount of funds for this share repurchase will not exceed 100 million yuan and will not be less than 50 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 10 yuan/share. The repurchase period is within 6 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan
