According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FLDT (600228.SH) announced that its shareholder Changjiu Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.1701 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
