# Ciwen Media received a grant of 2 million yuan for the creation of a micro-drama project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ciwen Media (002343.SZ) announced that the micro-drama "Legend of Kuang Qingtian" is a series produced by the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Ciwen Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangxi Ciwen") to strengthen the construction of clean culture and family education. Jiangxi Publishing Media Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangxi Publishing Media Group") is one of the production units credited for the drama. The drama has achieved good communication effects. Jiangxi Publishing Media Group agreed to allocate a creation subsidy of 2 million yuan for the drama, which will be paid by Jiangxi Publishing Media Group to the company's controlling shareholder Huazhang Tiandi Media Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huazhang Investment"), and then transferred by Huazhang Investment to the company. The announcement shows that Jiangxi Publishing Media Group is the sole shareholder of the company's controlling shareholder Huazhang Investment, thus indirectly controlling the legal entity of the company
