According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NDZ (002968.SZ) announced that the company is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire assets and raise supporting funds, as well as related party transactions. The target asset for this transaction is no less than 51% equity of Charles Lawrence International Facility Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The company's securities will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on September 15, 2025
