# YTPM plans to launch a restricted stock incentive plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YTPM (603190.SH) has released a draft of its 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant 4.7 million shares of restricted stock to incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 3.92% of the company's total equity at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. The grant price is set at 11.99 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the completion date of the registration of restricted stock to the date when all restricted stocks are released from restrictions or repurchased and canceled, with a maximum duration of no more than 48 months
