# GOODIX has completed the industrial and commercial change registration, increasing its registered capital to 462,079,234 yuan

On September 9, 2025, Shenzhen GOODIX Technology Co., Ltd. held its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, where it approved the proposal to abolish the company's supervisory board, change the registered capital, and amend the Articles of Association. Recently, the company completed the business registration changes for the above matters and obtained the "Registration Notice" from the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration. After the changes, the amount of non-restricted circulating shares increased from RMB 458.26578 million to RMB 462.079234 million, and the registered capital correspondingly increased, with the relevant personnel of the supervisory board removed from the members.
