# FHEC reminds of the conversion risk of "FHEC Convertible Bonds"

FHEC Co., Ltd. announced that the "FHEC Convertible Bonds" can be converted into company shares starting from January 2, 2026. The company previously issued 1.165 billion yuan of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects on July 2, 2025, and began trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from July 16. It should be noted that the company is listed on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, and investors participating in the conversion of convertible bonds into shares must meet the suitability management requirements for Sci-Tech Innovation Board stock investors. Convertible bonds held by investors who do not meet the requirements cannot be converted into shares.
