# 3PEAK: Four shareholders promise not to reduce their holdings within 6 months

3PEAK announced that the company's chairman ZHIXU ZHOU, vice general manager and director FENG YING, general manager and director WU JIANGANG, and the shareholder Suzhou Jinying Venture Capital Partnership, which holds more than 5% of the shares, have committed not to transfer or reduce their holdings of shares in any way from September 16, 2025, to March 15, 2026, for a period of six months. As of the announcement date, ZHIXU ZHOU holds 9.4586 million shares, accounting for 6.97%; FENG YING holds 8.6215 million shares, accounting for 6.36%; Suzhou Jinying Venture Capital Partnership holds 8.2416 million shares, accounting for 6.08%; WU JIANGANG holds 18,426 shares, accounting for 0.01%. The company's board of directors will supervise the fulfillment of the commitment and disclose it as required
