# FU-AN: The board of directors and senior executives plan to reduce their holdings by 936,500 shares

FU-AN announced that the company's directors and senior management personnel Mu Jianhua, Han Yuehai, Liu Aiguo, Yin Chenyang, Wu Di, and Yu Guangyu collectively hold 3.7459 million shares, accounting for 1.17% of the company's total share capital. The aforementioned personnel plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 936,500 shares through centralized bidding from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026, not exceeding 25% of their total personal shareholdings. Among them, Wu Di will not exceed 53,450 shares, Mu Jianhua will not exceed 395,500 shares, Han Yuehai will not exceed 337,500 shares, Liu Aiguo will not exceed 75,000 shares, Yin Chenyang will not exceed 25,000 shares, and Yu Guangyu will not exceed 50,000 shares
