# Kstopa IntelliE plans to establish a subsidiary in Vietnam with an investment of 3 million USD

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kstopa IntelliE (300836.SZ) announced that the company plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Vietnam, named Vietnam Kstopa, with an investment of USD 3 million from its wholly-owned company, Singapore Kstopa. The scope of business for this subsidiary is proposed to include: the development, design, installation, debugging, and sales of smart devices and software and hardware, processing and sales of related parts and accessories; import and export business of goods and technology.

This external investment aims to leverage high-quality industrial resources and scientific research capabilities to promote its own smart technology innovation and product iteration upgrades, deepen the market layout related to AI high-speed cables and backplane connectors, and continuously enhance the company's core competitiveness. At the same time, it aims to establish an international cooperative industrial system based on the company's technological innovation and design capabilities
