According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BEWINNER TECH (002148.SZ) announced that Mr. Xu Jianguo, a director of the company, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.0708 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from October 15, 2025, to January 14, 2026, accounting for 0.91% of the company's total share capital
