# Amlogic plans to acquire 100% equity of ChipMic for 316 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Amlogic (688099.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire 100% equity of Xinxin Micro Semiconductor (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinxin Micro" or "target company" or "transaction target") in cash, with a total acquisition price of RMB 316 million. Upon completion of the transaction, Xinxin Micro will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.

The target company has an excellent core team and a well-established R&D team in the field of wireless communication, with rich technical accumulation and complete products and solutions in the Internet of Things, vehicle networking, and mobile intelligent terminal fields. Six models of chips have completed tape-out in the above fields, and one chip product has generated revenue in client scenarios such as IoT modules, smart student cards, and mobile intelligent terminals. As a supplier of platform-level SoC chip overall solutions, Amlogic has long adhered to high-intensity R&D investment in the broader AIoT field. Through this transaction, the deep synergy and complementarity of both parties' technical capabilities will be achieved
