# GRAND FIELD GP issued approximately 8.4615 million shares due to the conversion of HKD 22 million bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GRAND FIELD GP (00115) announced that on September 15, 2025, the company received a conversion notice from Ms. Zeng Zhinuo regarding the exercise of conversion rights, converting HKD 22 million of the outstanding convertible bonds at a conversion price of HKD 2.6 per share.

Accordingly, after completing the necessary administrative procedures for the issuance and allocation of shares due to the exercise of conversion rights, the company will allocate and issue 8,461,538 conversion shares to Ms. Zeng Zhinuo, which will rank equally with all other existing issued shares in all respects
